Joshua Parkhurst is an attorney licensed to practice in New York.  Mr. Parkhurst graduated from the University of Chicago with honors and special honors in Public Policy Studies.  He then attended New York University School of Law, serving as Legal Theory Editor for the Review of Law and Social Change.  He now practices labor and employment law. Joshua Parkhurst also serves on the board of the Jersey City Landmarks Conservancy and served for three and a half years as that organization’s president.

As an attorney, Joshua Parkhurst has thirteen years of experience working in litigation and represents individuals, labor unions and employee benefits funds. Mr Parkhurst is  married with one child.
